Returns

Eligibility:

  • Due to the nature of our health and well-being products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
  • Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
  • Perishable goods, prescription medications, and personal care products are non-returnable.

Process:

  1. Contact our customer service team at info@puracare.co.uk to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
  2. Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
  3. Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.

Refunds

Refund Eligibility:

  • Refunds are processed for items that are returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
  • Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.

Process:

  • After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
  • If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@puracare.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
