Returns
Eligibility:
- Due to the nature of our health and well-being products, we can only accept returns of unopened and unused items in their original packaging.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of receipt of your order.
Non-Returnable Items:
- For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of opened or used items.
- Perishable goods, prescription medications, and personal care products are non-returnable.
Process:
- Contact our customer service team at info@puracare.co.uk to initiate a return. Please provide your order number and reason for return.
- Our team will provide you with a return authorisation and instructions on how to send the item(s) back to us.
- Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify their condition, we will process your refund.
Refunds
Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are processed for items that are returned in their original, unopened, and unused condition.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to an error on our part or a defective product.
Process:
- After receiving and inspecting your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at info@puracare.co.uk. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, including any shipping costs incurred.
